I know, I know: snide remarks that pass for sarcasm---when in fact they simply expose the utter shallowness of the intellect---are defining characteristics of the pinko mind.

At any rate (just in case there is a milligram of gray matter that actually has functioning neurons in that morass of amorphous cells): Those head-hacking Binnie boys that you so love and admire reside in a prison at Bagram Air Base (info you could glean from the title of the article, if you tried to process the info ever so slightly with so few functioning neurons). And Bagram is in Afghanistan, which is in Asia, which is disjoint from North America, hence disjoint from the United States. Furthermore, those Binnie Boyz are not, repeat not, citizens of the United States (the US of KKK A in pinko translation). And moreover, those "minutemen" so much cherished in lefty folklore were caught by US forces as combatants against the US without them belonging to the armed forces of a belligerent country, or wearing the uniform of some such country.

Given all that, the right of Habeas Corpus enshrined in the US Constitution does not, repeat not, apply to said buddies of yours, Pepe. Capisci? If not, go look for a few extra neurons before bothering me again with your idiotic pinko propaganda.

tec, tec, habeas corpus isn't some privilege that ought to be bestowed solely upon americans. it stems from a fundamental sense of fairness that should apply to all of mankind, not just the superior race.

Habeas Corpus is domestic law, not international law. You want other nations to enjoy its benefits? Fine, go talk to 'em and get em to make it their domestic law.
