So how does one explain the burgeoning Left-Islamist alliance?There is simply no such thing. On the other hand, conservative philosophy transcends geographic and cultural boundaries: traditional values, marriage, family, death penalty, religion, all this nonsense is milk and honey to reactionaries everywhere, be they talebans or santorumians.
