Trudeau is a dedicated commie fellow-traveler -- has been for decades. That said, what about this cartoon? Stoopid cowboy CIA Ricains don't understand the subtleties of indigenous cultures? Blah. Evil Ricains randomly bombing peace-loving people? Blah. Trudeau and fellow pinkos have been parroting the Pravda line since time immemorial, and they still do, with Pravda gone (yet reincarnated elsewhere).
