If the Dems pass this mess in their shadily semiconstitutional way, I doubt that anything will get done in DC till after the elections when the Dems are severely weakened.
"Semi"? Like in 50%-50%? No way. At most 20% constitutional. And that's being charitable. At any rate, the SCOTUS is not supposed to decide whether it's >50% or less than 50% constitutional, but rather, 100% or <100% (within \epsilon, at least). Will they fall in line, too?
