Caipirinha on the rocks

Is it any good? Having the chanteuse singing John Lennon's execrable "Imagine" in the background, though, would ruin the mood.

Caipirinha is good, very good.
Don't be too harsh on ol Johnny Lennon....after all, he paid for his sins.

OK, I should give Caipirinha a try. First, I need the right ingredients, though...

As for John, I still like almost all the songs he wrote, it's just "Imagine", with all that pinko-self-righteous sacharrine that rubs me the wrong way.

By the way, I was walking in Central Park, not far from the Dakota building, the day he was shot, but didn't see or hear anything. What a shame he had to go like that, still in his prime...

Yes, "Imagine" was un-needfully awful. But it may not have been his worst....I am thinking of one of his solo efforts in his pseudo-buddhist years, whose name I cannot recall at all, whose exaggerated playtime surely did lasting damage to Hare Krishna recruitment drives.... do you know the name of it, perchance?

Oh, I'd forgotten about that one --a defense mechanism of the brain, surely. Yes, that was rather
painful to listen to, akin to listening to a cat getting skinned. But I cannot remember the name of the "song"...
