Deep Thinking at Wentworth

What do you Italian speakers think of this guy's name?

This reminds me of malapropism: someone visiting Italy, and introducing her daughter as "fiica mia". In some other romance languages (more closely related to the original Latin), fiica=figlia, and fiul=figlio, you see.

Right. More closely related. Filia (Lat. daughter) -> figlia. The g is a pronunciation marker.

But you missed another point. This idiot's name also has a 'cazzo' in it.

I can see why he doesn't live in the North End.
