Pinko Realpolitik
The irony now is obvious: George W. Bush as a force for emancipation in Muslim lands, and Barack Hussein Obama as a messenger of the old, settled ways. Thus the "parochial" man takes abroad a message that Muslims and Arabs did not have tyranny in their DNA, and the man with Muslim and Kenyan and Indonesian fragments in his very life and identity is signaling an acceptance of the established order.

Heh, Obama is gonna be the daisycutter you and AA wanted all the time while W wanted all the time to civilize the barbarians.
We'll see which way it plays out. My bet is that W was right and you and AA will be in the market for some VCP.
Obama ain't about daisycutting IM, he's about "understanding" and apology. Just read his goddamn pathetic interview with Al Arabiya. Gordon Brown is envious.
Obama is the Saudirian Candidate, and IM will prosper in the years ahead. By the time he leaves office, expect "Hate Speech" codes to have spread well beyond the universities here. The Thought Police may have a powerful need of recruits. Pepe will never die unemployed.
