The Missouri River ice jam (just south of Bismarck) was blasted the other day, but so far as I heard it needs another blast. And there's another menacing ice jam approximately 7-8 miles up river. And Bismarck, in the central part of the state, is starting to receive evacuees from the eastern, Red River Valley part of the state (where Fargo and Grand Forks is located).
