Just coasting on the safety cushion built by W, Cheney, & co after 9/11. Much the same Bubba coasted on the safety cushion built by Reagan (and sort of kept by Bush Pere). But coasting is dangerous in the long run -- the world doesn't stay still, defenses erode, bad guys get hungrier and hungrier, bolder and bolder, and then, boom, a plane falls out of the sky on a bright September morn', or something...
