On torture

These memos are not an honest attempt to set the legal limits on interrogations, which was the authors’ statutory obligation. They were written to provide legal immunity for acts that are clearly illegal, immoral and a violation of this country’s most basic values.

All you care about is kiss the butt of those who attack us, since you're rooting for them, and what they stand for. As for this country, and its most basic values, you don't give a whit, as you repeatedly have said. So why bring up this stale bullshit?
