This is news to me, but it doesn't come as a terrible surprise. I remember I.F. Stone as one of those staunch fellow-travelers, toeing the Party Line to a t -- much the same Pepe does nowadays. I didn't know all the gory details of him (I mean, Stone) being in bed with the KGB, but hey, what do you expect from pinko true-believers? Dog bites dog.
