It sounds exactly like something you would draft: "the exercise of these rights carries with it special duties and responsibilities and may therefore be subject to limitations as are provided for by law and are necessary for respect of the rights or reputations of others, protection of national security or of public order, public health or morals and respect for religions and beliefs."
You think I would favor affording special rights to any religious group ? If I had my way, none of these temples of superstition would get any privileges (let alone tax breaks), and certainly not protection from anyone who would want to expose them for the con-game they all are.
How about we punish each group according to how many restrictions they want to impose on the rest of us?
How about we just punish them. Why do businesses that provide tangible goods and services get taxed while these merchants of fables, nonsense and hot air don't?
