Nice pic, AA. I love steak tartare, but unfortunately, haven't tasted one since washing on these godforsaken shores, eons ago. Does anyone still cook it here? And, how would you trust the (uncooked) meat, with all the shit that they use nowadays?

Russians really cook poorly. I worry about the preparation in these cases.

Last time I had steak tartare was in Paris. I should try it again next time I go to thereabouts.
