Never heard of the place -- way too much towards the Bay for me. Looks a bit on the expensive side, but I may give it a try next time, if I get so much to the left.
Arugula Salad with Heirloom Tomatoes and Golden Beets to start with, followed by Tofu Dumplings with Hijiki Seaweed, and then Tofu Skins (Aburage), Shiitake Mushrooms and Spinach for the main course. Sounds like a feast.
Not only that, but, somewhat uncharacteristically, Mr Rot doesn't come out and fight, like a mensch. Que pasa? Too much tofu and arugula turning him into a weenie?

I dunno. I had pretty good food in Berkeley -- at least the Asian food. Just stayed away from tofu.

they made these amazing pankakey things with incredible creamy sauce. I don't remember them being too expensive.
Sounds good to me, but what does Mr Rot say? He tends to put down the Berkeley experience...
he was too busy asking bookstore owners where the Ditto Head section was to try any food.
Nahh, he was grilling berbec on the bbq. Too expensive to dine out.
you mean too cheap...
