Yup. Lot's of chances for self-hating Nawling types to get their vicarious jollies in ol Mama Russia [well, Father Russia soon enough. No Mama for Momo] in that radiantly crescent future.
The key date is that 2015, where over half of all conscripts are muslim. Then officers who don't cooperate gotta fear for a "border guard mutiny".
