By the way, have you ever been to Vancouver? The view from those mountains surrounding the bay is quite nice. But the city itself is like any Canadian city (with the possible exception of Montreal): bohhring.
Plus: The much-discussed and anticipated presence of the four First Nations peoples on whose original land these ceremonies were taking place was treated with honesty and flair, even if the giant welcoming totem poles that rose from the ground looked uncomfortably phallic...
