Mullah Dadullah
Does he respect the Geneva conventions? Oh, never mind. Of course, the pinko-lefties use those conventions merely as a stick to beat up on the US, and tie our hands. Is this guy their latest poster boy?

"Mulla Dadullah is shown baking bread for fellow Taliban soldiers in a cave in Kandahar, and leading a prayer. Other sundry day-to-day activities in the video include footage of Taliban militants drinking water from ponds, washing clothes and bathing."
Question: Can we get this guy a vacuum too?
Although I'm no Tristram Shandyist, I would pull his beard if he were in front of me. Yup, give it a good tug.
Torturer!
So you're ok with this guy dictating you your behavior ? Do you believe that, if he's behaving like a pig, then the US should join in the fun ?
Usual lefty fallacy. The Constitution -- or the Geneva Accords -- are not a collective suicide pact. If a foreign enemy attacks us, and does not respect the rules of war, and is not dettered by any of the legal niceties, then sorry, there is no need to use kid gloves. This is not "behaving like a pig" -- just defending one's own life, and that of family and fellow citizens, by whatever means are necessary, and appropriate and commensurate to the provocation. I myself think that anyone who absolves (thereby encouraging) murderers like this guy, by drowning the moral clarity of a just fight in a fog of equivocation and sophistry, is the one who behaves in an utoward fashion.
I wish 'Justice' Stevens agreed. Can the old bastard read even?
Here is Stevens' view.
