Having a free market entails letting greedy idiots go bankrupt. As is, we are borrowing the worst aspects of both systems (capitalism and socialism), for the crummiest synthesis since Juan and Evita Perón messed up Argentina.

I'd say if you can make $32M while doing an abysmal job, you are a genius.
Hah! But he didn't really make it. Most of it was Monopoly money, ie, stock in his own bank. He ran the bank into the ground, stock lost over 90% of its value, now his pay is closer to $3 million than $32 million. Still, a lot of mullah for running a big bank like City into the ground. I could have done it for half the price.
