Three possible exegeses
So what is it: (a) Clueless, (b) Not so clueless, or (c) A mean streak. Could be all three at once, somehow, in various proportions. But if I were to choose a single one, I'll go with (c).

I cannot see " a single one". There is perfect concordance between 2 & 3, and that is what I bet my few remaining escudos on.
Socialism and Malevolence were literally blood brothers in the last 150 years. Obama is just another pigfucker in Soc's line of "Heroes".
Yes, but can you completely exclude 1? As we all expected (well, of course, except Pepe--the quintessential pinko sycophant), there is also a definite dose of amateurishness+cluelessness here (a la Jimmah). Take Geithner. How to explain otherwise his putzing around while the financial system goes to the dogs?
There may well be putzian incompetence among much of Obama's camp, and if so-- given his malevolent and socialist bent-- that would be a blessing. I am more worried about the damage flowing from the succesful establishment of what Obama aims for than its failure.
