It is missing the third frame. The one where Chirac&Villepain are blathering on as to how French nuance and sophistication will make lovers of liberte', egalite', fraternite' out of Islamicists. While the crescent Guillotine slices through their necks.

Chirac should've listened to Rabelais: he was against converting Muslims to Christianity because he feared it would drive up the price of pork.
